We aim to deliver your goods as soon as possible to your registered address and certainly within 28 days.
Your print will be carefully rolled and packed inside a strong postal tube. You will be advised by email when your order has been despatched.
Orders are sent in the U.K. by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Overseas orders are sent airmail as International “signed for” items.

If your print is damaged in transit. In the unlikely event that a print arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@haywardeditions.com so that we can investigate and put the matter right without delay. Please retain all the original packing materials. You must make a note of any damage to the package itself on the delivery record at the time of receipt.
Send the print back to us with a copy of your postage receipt. We will send you a replacement and refund your postage.
If you are dissatisfied with your print. If you are not delighted with your print you can return it to us within 10 days of receipt at your own cost and risk. All returns must be accompanied by an authorised returns number. Email returns@haywardeditions.com to obtain this number and our return address.
The print must be sent back in its original packing and returned as you received it, ie. in a saleable condition.
Once we have inspected the print and are satisfied it is in perfect condition, we will refund your money in full.
