	Giclee Printing
	Giclee ( from the French “ spray forcefully”) is an inkjet printing process. The process begins by scanning the original artwork into a computer. The image can then be manipulated to achieve the truest rendition of the original. The digital printer sprays microscopic drops of colour onto fine art paper at a density of up to 1800 dots of pigment per square inch, as opposed to traditional litho- printing which typically uses a resolution of 300 dots per square inch, The greater ink density creates a higher image detail and improved tonal range and contrast. The inks used for our prints have been tested at the Wilhelm Institute in America and show a light fastness of 100 years. The paper used is from the Hahnmuhl collection and is a coated paper providing a colour depth and intensity not possible from other papers on the market. Vibrant colours and tremendous detail are achieved, and the results are probably the closest to the original possible.

Payment and ordering is via WorldPay, using SSL encryption, giving you fast secure and convenient ordering. Most major credit cards are accepted. Price includes postage and packing. When you provide your credit card details you will be in a fully secure environment.The WorldPay website is protected by the highest levels of internet security. WorldPay specialize in the secure online processing of card payments. Your details will only be retained be WorldPay and our aquiring bank for the purpose of processing your order. WorldPay will process your payment and then arrange for your print to be despatched by us.  Hayward Editions will not have any access to your credit card details. 	Delivery
	We aim to deliver your goods as soon as possible to your registered address and certainly within 28 days. Your print will be carefully rolled and packed inside a strong postal tube. You will be advised by email when your order has been despatched. Orders are sent in the U.K. by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Overseas orders are sent airmail as International “signed for” items.

	U.K. A charge of £5.00 postage and packing will be applied to U.K. mainland addresses. Overseas. A charge of £10.00 postage and packing will be applied.

	Handling and framing your print
	Remove the print from the tube carefully, avoiding creasing it. The print will be protected by a covering sheet of tissue paper and we recommend you keep this with the print until it is framed. Your print should be treated as you would an original painting ; the surface is delicate and must not be exposed to water. Make sure your hands are clean and dry before touching it. The print should ideally be framed with a mount behind glass ( non-reflective glass is not recommended), and not be hung in direct sunlight.

	Terms and conditions
	If your print is damaged in transit. In the unlikely event that a print arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@haywardeditions.com so that we can investigate and put the matter right without delay. Please retain all the original packing materials. You must make a note of any damage to the package itself on the delivery record at the time of receipt.  Send the print back to us with a copy of your postage receipt. We will send you a replacement and refund your postage. If you are dissatisfied with your print. If you are not delighted with your print you can return it to us within 10 days of receipt at your own cost and risk. All returns must be accompanied by an authorised returns number. Email returns@haywardeditions.com to obtain this number and our return address. The print must be sent back in its original packing and returned as you received it, ie. in a saleable condition. Once we have inspected the print and are satisfied it is in perfect condition, we will refund your money in full.
